We do not sell or distribute information about you to any third parties outside the immediate uses for our company.  Third party vendors we engage to provide services on our behalf such as hosting, web-site development and support, that have access to Personal Information do not disclose personal information nor use it for any purpose other than providing the requested services. Because this website does not collect any financial information from you, we do not currently use secure socket layer software (SSL).  We reserve the right to release information when such release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce site policies, or protect our rights. This site may include links to other websites, and Pounder Realty LLC is not responsible for the privacy policies of other sites.

 

Changes to Privacy Policy and User Acceptance

This statement is effective January 2014 and remains in effect until amended. Pounder Realty LLC reserves the right to amend this Privacy Statement or alter its privacy principles at its sole discretion without notice to you. While we will continue to maintain efforts to protect all personal information, users of the site agree that we are not liable for any breaches to Pounder Realty or Third party vendor security.  By using the site or submitting information on the site, you signify your acceptance of this privacy statement.
